RETURN POLICY
Petures has a no return & no exchange policy since you have approved your Peture as part of the Custom art development process. That being said, if a defective, damaged or incorrect Peture is sent your way, we will make things right by creating your new Peture & shipping it to you as soon as possible.
REFUND POLICY
Petures will grant a full refund up until the point that you approve your Peture proof for printing. Once you’ve approved the Peture proof to be printed, refunds are no longer permitted. We strive to ensure our Peture Owners have the best experience possible - if you are unhappy with your Peture for any reason after it has been printed & shipped, contact our customer support at contactus@peturesatl.com.
